After our conversation, I’ll put together a detailed proposal outlining the services we discussed and their associated costs. This ensures you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
Once you approve the proposal, I’ll send over a contract for you to review and sign, and we’ll finalize the agreement and kick off your project! This formalizes our partnership and sets the stage for the exciting work ahead. At this stage, I’ll start bringing your vision to life with dedicated focus and creativity. A deposit or retainer fee is required at this step to secure your project in my schedule and initiate the work.
After the contract is signed and the funds have been sent, I’ll get right to work! For social media management clients, we’ll begin the onboarding process, where I’ll gather all the information and access I need to manage your accounts effectively.
Throughout the project, I’ll keep you in the loop with updates, drafts, and any questions to ensure the final result exceeds your expectations.
When the work is complete, I’ll deliver your polished project, ensuring you have everything you need to move forward confidently. The final payment is due upon delivery of the completed work and must be received before any files or materials are handed over. If the project scope changes during the process, additional charges may apply, and an updated invoice will be provided.
